Biblical Answer

The Bible teaches us that everyone will go through times of suffering and hardship. In fact, Jesus himself suffered greatly during his time on earth. However, it is not the doctor's responsibility to be overly sympathetic or empathetic. Their role is to provide medical care and treatment, not to be a counselor or a friend. While it is understandable that a patient might feel frustrated or disappointed with a doctor's callous attitude, we must not forget that doctors are human beings with their own limitations and biases. They may not always be able to provide the level of care or compassion that we desire.

As Christians, we are called to trust in God's sovereignty and providence, even in the midst of suffering. We are not to place our hope in human doctors or their abilities, but rather in the Lord who is our Healer and our Comforter. In times of need, we should pray for God to guide and direct us, and to provide for us in ways that we cannot understand. This is not to say that we should be dismissive of medical care or the expertise of doctors, but rather that we should recognize the limitations of human knowledge and ability, and trust in the Lord's goodness and power.

By praying for God's guidance and direction, and trusting in His goodness and power, we can learn to navigate even the most difficult situations with faith and confidence.
