Biblical Answer

The Bible teaches that heaven is the place where God dwells and where his people will live with him forever. The Bible says that heaven is God's throne, where he sits in glory (Isa. 66:1). Jesus also referred to heaven as his Father's house, where he was going to prepare a place for his followers (John 14:2-3). Heaven is not just a place, but a state of being with God, where his people will worship and serve him (Rev. 22:3-5).

The Bible also describes heaven as a place of rest, worship, and service. In heaven, God will wipe every tear from his people's eyes, and there will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain (Rev. 21:4).
