Biblical Answer

From an evangelical Christian perspective, when considering where to go from here, we must first reflect on our life purpose. As Christians, we are called to live a life that reflects our faith in Jesus Christ. Our life purpose is to glorify God and to make Him known to others. This purpose is rooted in our identity as children of God, and it is the foundation upon which we build our plans and decisions. In order to move forward, we must first understand our origin, which is our relationship with God, and our destination, which is our eternal home in heaven with Christ.

As we set our minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth, we must also consider our current circumstances. We may be facing challenges, obstacles, or uncertainties, but these should not deter us from our purpose. Instead, we should see them as opportunities to trust in God's sovereignty and provision. Jesus' words to Peter, "Where I am going, you cannot follow now, but you will follow later," remind us that our journey with God is not always linear, and that He has a plan for our lives that may not always be clear to us. However, with faith and perseverance, we can trust that He will guide us and lead us to our destination.

So, where do we go from here? We go back to our life purpose and our relationship with God. We re-examine our plans and decisions in light of our faith and values. We seek to glorify God in all that we do, and to make Him known to others. We trust in His sovereignty and provision, and we seek to live a life that reflects our identity as children of God. As we do this, we can be confident that we are moving in the right direction, and that our lives are being transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit. In the end, our goal is not to achieve success or happiness, but to know and follow Jesus Christ, and to live a life that honors Him. We are called to be ambassadors of the Kingdom of God, and to make His love and presence known to a world in need. As we move forward, we must be mindful of the vision that God has given us, and we must be willing to follow Him, even when the path ahead is uncertain. Ultimately, our goal is to be with Christ, seated at the right hand of God, and to experience the fullness of life in Him. We can trust that He will guide us and lead us to our destination, and that our lives will be transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit.
