The Root Cause of the Problem

When a business partner leaves you, it's natural to wonder what went wrong. You may replay conversations, decisions, and actions in your mind, searching for a solution. The Bible teaches us that people are responsible for their own actions, and that we should not take it upon ourselves to fix someone else's problems (Matthew 7:12). The Sovereignty of God

As Christians, we believe in the sovereignty of God, which means that He is in control of all things, including relationships and circumstances (Psalm 135:6). When a business partner leaves, it's possible that God is allowing it to happen for a greater purpose or to bring about a change in your life or theirs. Instead, we should seek to understand the situation from our partner's perspective and trust in God's sovereignty. As the Bible says, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6). By trusting in God's plan and purpose, we can respond to the situation with humility and wisdom, rather than reacting impulsively or out of anger. This approach will allow us to grow and learn from the experience, rather than becoming stuck in a cycle of blame and resentment.
