When we put others first when we're feeling stuck when we're feeling exhausted when we're feeling overwhelmed, we can experience spiritual exhaustion. This is not a result of sin, but of service. We were created to exhaust ourselves for God, and this exhaustion can be a sign that we are serving Him. As the Bible says, "He saved and sanctified you to exhaust you. Be exhausted for God, but remember that He is your source of power" (emphasis mine). This means that we should not try to do things in our own strength, but instead, we should rely on God's power to sustain us.

When we're feeling overwhelmed, it's easy to get caught up in our own struggles and forget about the people around us. However, putting others first can be a powerful way to shift our focus and find strength in our relationships with others. This doesn't mean that we have to do everything on our own, but rather that we can work together with others to support and encourage each other. As the Bible says, "Work together with others. We were created to work together" (emphasis mine). By putting others first and working together, we can find the strength and support we need to overcome our struggles and find joy in the midst of them.

In addition to relying on others and working together, we can also find joy and strength in our relationship with God. When we slow down and focus on our relationship with Him, we can find peace and contentment in the midst of our struggles. As the Bible says, "REMEMBER THAT THERE IS JOY SET BEFORE YOU (HEB. 12:2)" (emphasis mine). This means that even in the midst of our struggles, we can find joy and hope in the knowledge that God is with us and that He has a plan for our lives. By putting others first and relying on God's power, we can find the strength and support we need to overcome our struggles and find joy in the midst of them.
