Dealing with Anxiety and Worry

Anxiety and worry can be overwhelming, but there is hope for dealing with them. According to Matthew 6, we are not to worry about anything, but instead, we are to present our requests to God through prayer and petition, with thanksgiving. This means that we are to take our fears and worries to God, and He will give us peace that transcends all understanding.
