Happiness After Losing a Business

Understanding True Happiness

True happiness comes from joy, not from pleasure. Joy is a deeper and more meaningful feeling that is always present and grows over time. Pleasure, on the other hand, is fleeting and can never bring lasting happiness. When we lose our business, it's easy to become consumed by feelings of sadness and despair.
