Biblical Answer

When you depart from this life, God's promise is that He will take care of your family and provide for their needs. This is seen in Psalm 37:25, which says, "I was young and now I am old, yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken or their children begging bread." God's Word also promises that He will restore your family and make them His people (Deuteronomy 30:3). This restoration will include giving them an undivided heart and a new spirit, so they will follow God's decrees and keep His laws (Ezekiel 11:19-20). Furthermore, in Revelation 21:3-4, we see that God will wipe away every tear from their eyes and there will be no more death, mourning, or pain.
