To emerge from darkness, it is essential to acknowledge the presence of God and His light in our lives. The Bible tells us that God is light and in Him is no darkness at all (1 John 1:5). When we walk in the light, as Jesus is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin (1 John 1:7).
