How should Christians treat their coworkers?

Christians should treat their coworkers with respect, kindness, and compassion. They should be diligent in their work and strive to be the best workers, as stated in Colossians 3:23-24, "Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord rather than for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward." This means being responsible, reliable, and hardworking, and taking pride in their work. Christians should also be patient and understanding with their coworkers, even if they disagree with them. As the Bible says in Ephesians 4:32, "Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you." Christians should strive to be a positive influence in the workplace and to bring a sense of hope and joy to those around them.
