Treating Coworkers with Love and Respect

Christians are called to be the best workers, demonstrating a high work ethic and serving others with diligence. This means showing up on time, being productive, and being respectful to their coworkers, regardless of their background or beliefs. As Jesus taught, we are to "love our neighbors as ourselves" (Mark 12:31), which includes our coworkers. This means being kind, patient, and understanding towards them, even when they disagree with us. As the apostle Paul wrote, "Do not repay evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everybody" (Romans 12:17).
