The Comfort of Christ in the Face of Terminal Illness

When facing a terminal illness, it can be overwhelming to find comfort in a world that often seems to focus on treatment and medical technology. However, as Christians, we are called to look to Christ for our comfort and strength. As Psalm 130 reminds us, "If you, O Lord, kept a record of sins, Lord, who could stand?" (Psalm 130:3). This psalm is a powerful reminder that our hope is not in our own strength or abilities, but in the fact that God has taken the initiative to forgive our sins and has moved towards us.
