Financial Contentment in the Bible

The Bible teaches that financial contentment is essential for living a good life. According to 1 Timothy 6:10, the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. This is why God warns us to keep our lives free from the love of money and be content with what we have. The Bible also teaches that knowledge of gospel truth and faithfulness in keeping it before people are more important than financial gain.
