In these situations, we need to use our discretion and seek guidance from God's Word to determine the best course of action.

Ultimately, as Christians, we should strive to always tell the truth, but we also need to be wise and discerning in our communication. We should consider the context, the people involved, and the potential consequences of our words. We should also seek to communicate in a way that is honest, yet sensitive and compassionate. As the Bible says, "A soft answer turns away wrath, but harsh words stir up anger" (Proverbs 15:1). By being truthful and wise in our communication, we can build trust, strengthen relationships, and glorify God.
