To be saved means to live a new life, to be saved from sin, selfishness, fear, and guilt. According to the Bible, salvation is not just a one-time event, but a continuous process. To be saved, one must continue in the faith (Col. 1:23). This means that as a Christian, you must show that you are genuine in your beliefs by continuing to follow Jesus and live a life that reflects His teachings.

The Bible teaches that salvation is a gift from God, and that we can receive it through faith in Jesus Christ. The apostle Paul writes, "If you confess with your lips that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9). This means that salvation is not just a matter of saying the right words or performing certain actions, but rather it is a matter of having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. As the Bible says, "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast" (Ephesians 2:8-9).

To be saved, one must look to God and build their hope on Him. As the Bible says, "Salvation is yours the moment you look" (Psalm 119:166). This means that salvation is not something that we can earn or achieve through our own efforts, but rather it is a gift from God that we receive when we look to Him in faith. As the Bible says, "It is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God who showeth mercy" (Romans 9:16). This means that our salvation is ultimately dependent on God's mercy and grace, and not on our own efforts or achievements.
