The War Within

War can have a profound impact on our sense of purpose, but it's not just the external conflicts that affect us. As Christians, we are often engaged in an internal struggle, a war within. This war is not just about our individual desires and temptations but also about our values and worldview. In 2 Corinthians 10:3-5, Paul describes this internal conflict as a battle between the flesh and the spirit, where we must take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ.

Values and the War on Children

But as Christians, we are called to stand firm in our faith and to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ. We must remember that our purpose is not just to survive the war but to win it, to destroy the enemy's strongholds and to bring glory to God. We must be intentional about our spiritual provisions, seeking God's guidance and strength in the midst of conflict. By doing so, we can emerge from the war with a deeper sense of purpose and a stronger faith.
