The Habit of Celebrating Success in Others

The Bible teaches us to rejoice with those who rejoice (Romans 12:15). When someone else experiences success, it should bring us joy and happiness. In fact, the Bible says that when we rejoice with others, it is a sign that God is at work in their lives. The opposite is also true; when we become jealous or resentful of someone else's success, it is a sign that we have not yet experienced the joy of God working in our lives.
