In Matthew 25, Jesus teaches us that our reward in heaven is not measured by our earthly possessions, but by how we use the talents and resources we've been given. He says, "Let the dead bury their own dead." This means that we shouldn't be too attached to the things of this world, but rather focus on the eternal rewards that await us. As a father, I want my children to understand the value of hard work and generosity, and I pray that the inheritance I leave them will be a reflection of a godly life and a clean heart before the Lord.
