Biblical Answer

A Christian teacher can indeed be a "good" teacher and maintain a biblical worldview. In fact, the Bible teaches that Christians should be proficient in teaching others (2 Tim. 3:14-17). The Bible also emphasizes the importance of being equipped to fulfill the office of teacher mentioned in the New Testament (1 Cor. 12:28; Eph. 4:11). As Christians, we have the responsibility to teach others about the truth of God's Word and to help them grow in their understanding of Scripture.

To be a "good" teacher, one must be able to communicate biblical truths in a clear and concise manner. This requires a deep understanding of Scripture and the ability to apply it to everyday life. A Christian teacher should be able to explore new areas of understanding the teachings of Scripture, not just to regurgitate what they have learned, but to delve deeper into the meaning and application of God's Word. This is evident in the example of Jesus, who taught with authority and was not just a great teacher, but also God (John 14:6). He taught that He was the way, the truth, and the life, and that if we have seen Him, we have seen God (John 14:9).

In order to maintain a biblical worldview, a Christian teacher must be committed to consistently applying biblical teachings in their teaching. This means that they should not just present their own opinions or perspectives, but rather, they should present the truth of God's Word in a way that is clear, concise, and relevant to their students. As Origen said, "Only Christianity holds this knowledge, and Origen aimed to bring all truth into God's plan of salvation provided by Christ." A Christian teacher who maintains a biblical worldview will be able to teach with confidence and authority, knowing that they are presenting the truth of God's Word. This is what it means to be a "good" teacher, and it is a responsibility that Christians should take seriously.
