Can I still trust God after all this?

The question of trusting God after experiencing hardship or difficulty is a common one. The Bible teaches that trusting God means surrendering our lives to Him and relying on His promises. In Matthew 9:29, Jesus says, "According to your faith let it be to you." This verse emphasizes the importance of faith in trusting God. When we trust God, we are not saying that we are in control, but rather that we are surrendering our lives to Him and relying on His promises.

Trusting God is not about trying to control the circumstances of our lives, but rather about surrendering to His sovereignty. As the Bible says, "Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken" (Psalm 55:22). When we trust God, we are not trying to usurp His control, but rather acknowledging that He is the one who is in control. This means that we can trust Him even in the midst of difficulty, knowing that He is working everything out for our good.

The Bible also teaches that trusting God means trusting His Word. As the Psalmist says, "I trust in You in the presence of the sons of men! You are my God, my God of salvation" (Psalm 31:19). This means that we can trust God because He is a God of salvation, and He promises to work everything out for our good. When we trust God, we are not trying to figure out the circumstances of our lives, but rather trusting that He is working everything out for our good. This means that we can trust Him even when things seem uncertain or difficult. As Isaiah 41:10 says, "Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand." We can trust God because He is our God, and He promises to be with us always.
