Can I Really Start Over After Being Diagnosed with Cancer?

When facing a cancer diagnosis, it's natural to wonder if it's possible to start over. This question is closely tied to the idea of hope and the role of God in our lives. The Bible promises that God is sovereign over all creation, including our health and well-being.
