Can I still have a normal life if I'm struggling with addiction?

A Normal Life Amidst Addiction

While it's true that addiction can significantly disrupt one's life, it's not impossible to lead a normal life while struggling with addiction. However, this requires a deliberate and intentional effort to manage the addiction and seek help. The Bible teaches that God is a loving and merciful God who desires to help us overcome our struggles, including addiction (Psalm 138:8). By doing so, we can begin to experience the freedom and joy that comes from living a life that is surrendered to Christ. As the Bible says, "If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9). This is the hope of the gospel, and it's available to all who struggle with addiction.
