Understanding God's Love

To experience God's love, we must first understand that it is a fundamental aspect of His character. The Bible declares that God is love (1 John 4:8), and this love is not just a feeling, but a deep and abiding commitment to us. As we learn to see God as a God of love, we begin to truly know Him and experience His love firsthand. This understanding of God's love is not limited to just a feeling, but is rooted in His actions and character. For example, God showed His love by giving us Jesus, the living Word, and by caring enough to give us His written Word, the Bible.

Experiencing God's Love

Experiencing God's love is not just about feeling a certain way, but about living out a relationship with Him. By living out a life of love and obedience to God, we can experience the fullness of His love and become more like Him.
