Biblical Answer

Jesus teaches that worry is irrational, unproductive, and even pagan. He says, "Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear." (Matthew 6:25). This means that we should not be concerned about the things of this world, but rather focus on seeking first the kingdom of God and His righteousness. (Matthew 6:33). Jesus reminds us that God will supply our physical needs, and that we should trust in Him to provide for us.

Jesus also warns us against the dangers of worry. He says, "Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid." (John 14:27). He reminds us that He is with us always, to the very end of the age. (Matthew 28:20). This means that we should not be afraid of the future, because Jesus is our constant companion and provider. We should trust in Him to guide and protect us, and not worry about the things that are beyond our control.

So, how can we live without worry? Jesus says, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God." (Philippians 4:6). This means that we should come to God with our concerns and trust in Him to provide for us. We should also focus on the present moment, and not worry about the future. By doing so, we can live a life of peace and trust in God, and not be controlled by worry and fear. Jesus teaches us that worry is a form of atheism, and that we should trust in Him to provide for us. (Matthew 6:25-34).
