Being a good parent is not defined solely by financial stability. This means being present, engaged, and intentional in their parenting, even in the midst of financial struggles. It means seeking God's guidance and wisdom, and trusting in His sovereignty over all things, including our finances. By doing so, parents can raise children who are grounded in their faith and equipped to navigate the challenges of life, regardless of their financial situation.

In terms of financial stability, the Bible teaches that God is the one who provides for our needs (Philippians 4:19). This means that parents should trust in God's provision, rather than relying solely on their own financial resources. By doing so, they can avoid the temptation to use money as a means of controlling their children's behavior, and instead focus on teaching them about God's love and character. As the Bible says, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God" (Philippians 4:6).
