Treating Coworkers with Respect and Love

As Christians, we are called to treat our coworkers with respect and love, regardless of their background or beliefs. This means being diligent in our work, presenting ourselves as approved to God, and demonstrating a good work ethic (2 Thessalonians 3:10-12). We should strive to be the best workers, not just in terms of productivity, but also in terms of our attitude and behavior. This means being patient, kind, and gentle, even when dealing with difficult or challenging coworkers.

Loving Our Coworkers

Loving our coworkers means more than just being nice to them. It means showing them the love of Jesus, even when they disagree with us or have different values.
