My friend, I can see that you're struggling with a lot of turmoil in your life. You're asking if it's still possible to find peace even when everything seems to be going wrong. As someone who's been pastoring a local evangelical church for a while now, I've seen many people go through similar struggles. The truth is, peace is not just the absence of conflict, but it's also a state of being that comes from knowing God.

When we turn to Christ in faith, we receive peace with God and a clear conscience, but we're not guaranteed complete peace in all our relationships, or even in our own battles with sin and Satan. However, with Christ, we're freed from the slavery of sin and empowered to fight against it. The peace of God is first and foremost peace with God, and it's the state of affairs in which God is for us, not against us. If we're not experiencing this kind of peace, it might be because we're not looking unto Jesus and receiving His peace.

As a Christian, I've learned that true inner peace is impossible unless it's received from Jesus. When our Lord speaks peace, He creates peace, because His words are always spirit and life. I've experienced this kind of peace myself, and I want to assure you that it's available to you too. So, I encourage you to look to Jesus, to receive His peace, and to trust in His sovereignty, even in the midst of turmoil. He is our refuge, our strength, and our peace.
